Time to Fly is a 4-week course aimed at creating an approachable route for women into the sport of wing foiling.

The goal is for women to leave with the confidence, community, inspiration and skills to carry on their progression independently or with support from a local centre.

Skills: This course will leave you with a good understanding of your equipment, how to read and understand a forecast, staying safe on the water, wing control and riding with a foil.

Confidence: This course runs with a mindful approach, checking in before each session to share any doubts or fears that may affect us on the water. Through the support of like-minded peers and patient coaches, you can grow your confidence on and off the water.

Community: There is no better way to make life-long friends than sharing moments on the water. This course will connect you with a group of women, eager to get into the world of wing foiling, so you will always have people to ride with. We will also run a social off-water, open to all of the water babes community, giving you the chance to make even more connections.

Inspiration: You will leave this course inspired to keep going. While wing foiling can have a steep learning curve at the start, we will show you what you are working towards so you can see why it’s all worth it!
